Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging at Rolls-Royce Visits the OTI

Natasha Whitehurst, Rolls-Royce’s Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging, recently visited the OTI. Natasha kindly agreed to travel to Oxford to talk about her experience in broadening access and developing a supportive, diverse culture in industry in her talk ‘Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging at Rolls-Royce’.

There was a high number of people in attendance from across the Engineering Science department, including academics, professional staff and students.

Natasha’s talk was truly inspiring and sparked an open and honest conversation around inclusion. Following the success and high interest in this talk, we plan to arrange similar talks at the OTI in the future and look forward to hosting inspiring speakers.
