Dr Tobias Hermann promoted to Associate Professor

The Oxford Thermofluids Institute is delighted to announce that Dr Tobias Hermann has been promoted to Associate Professor. Professor Hermann’s is leading the Institute’s development of Plasma tunnels as a critical part of our hypersonic flow research.

Professor Hermann shared this message with us: "I’m very happy about the title of Associate Professor, and am excited for the future of the Hypersonics research group. The growth of this topic in our Department is a fantastic development and I am looking forward to further contribute to it with my research."
